Returns are authorized solely for products that remain unused, unopened, and sealed in their original packaging. All return requests must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after this window will not be accepted.
Refunds are strictly issued for the product value only — original shipping charges are non-refundable. A 10% administrative fee will be deducted from all authorized returns to cover payment processing and restocking costs.
Cancellations are accepted only prior to order fulfillment. Once the fulfillment and packing process has commenced, the order is considered final and cannot be canceled. Please contact us immediately at info@apextides.io if you need to request a cancellation.
Apextides stands firmly by the purity and integrity of our products. All compounds are independently verified by accredited third-party laboratories with COA documentation available for review.
Due to the highly sensitive nature of research peptides, replacements for reconstituted products are subject to strict quality control verification. We do not offer financial compensation, refunds, or product replacements based on subjective research results, user error, or experimental efficacy. All sales are considered final once a product has been opened or reconstituted.
