Orders are generally processed and prepared for transit within 24 hours following payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
Fast turnaround: Most orders are picked, packed, and handed to the carrier within 24 hours of confirmed payment during regular business hours.
Estimated standard delivery within the United States is 2–5 business days from the date of shipment. Expedited options may be available at checkout depending on your location.
Shipping timelines depend on the selected carrier and final destination. Once a package leaves our facility, we cannot be held responsible for delays resulting from courier issues, customs processing, or incorrect address information provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before submitting your order.
Apextides is not liable for delivery delays caused by third-party shipping carriers, customs clearance holds, or force majeure events. Title and risk of loss pass entirely to the buyer upon our delivery of the package to the carrier.
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days within the U.S., contact our logistics team at support@apextides.io. We will work with you to investigate and, where applicable, coordinate a resolution with the carrier.
Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Apextides is not responsible for packages undeliverable due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information. Re-shipment fees may apply if a package is returned to us due to address error.
All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no external reference to product contents. Products are intended strictly for laboratory and in-vitro research use only — not for human or veterinary consumption.
